Submitting your information connects you with a network of independent, appropriately licensed lending partners who may contact you regarding financing for the purchase, refinance, or other financing of real property in Arizona; loan terms, rates, fees, and eligibility are determined solely by the participating lender you are matched with, not by Contractors Choice Agency. All financing is subject to credit approval, property eligibility, and the individual underwriting guidelines of each lending partner, each of which is independently licensed and registered as required under applicable state and federal law, including registration with the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) where applicable.
